If there’s one thing we can say about Distinct, it’s that they’re confident; confident in their team, confident in the service they provide, and confident in their culture. Confidence is exactly what we were tasked with portraying in their brand update and new website.

Going from the ‘new kids on the block’ to established in the world of recruitment, we gave Distinct a grown-up, fresh take on their existing logo as well as a spanking-new brand identity with modern colours, fonts and styles. With this new style firmly in our toolbelt, we moved on to designing their new website.

Incorporating their new style, we designed a website that spoke not only to their global clientele, but also to the candidates and job seekers they were looking to attract. However, this wasn’t just a task of beautiful design, but also functional development; Distinct requested a multi-lingual site based on visitor location as well as Bullhorn integration for improved CRM and pipeline management.

We continue to work with Distinct for website support and hosting, but also because our cultures align so much. In the scope for this project, Distinct explained they believe in ‘doing the right thing because it’s the right thing’, and that’s an ethos we are always proud to get behind.
