For a recruitment start-up changing the game for new parents, we delivered a new brand and website that changed the game for Mor.

Overview

Mor approached us at a time when parents returning to work was in hot debate; Pregnant Then Screwed was circulating the news, and with Covid ending and the world returning to offices, start-up Mor realised there was a gap in the market for new parents looking to return to work remotely. But could we get there before the buzz died down? 

With time of the essence, our design team quickly worked through a branding project, including logo and brand identity for this new business. Mor wanted their brand to be punchy, unapologetic, and candid; optimistic and empowering to new mums returning to work. We utilised bold colours, fun fonts and modern illustrations and photography to bring Mor to life.

With the brand signed off, we worked quickly to translate this style into a website design. The first pages were live within a month, with the site being added to as the project developed, ending in bold, modern website that’s easy to navigate and helps parents ‘find companies that get parents’.
