The brief
BigTek, a dedicated Managed Service Provider (MSP), came to us for a total brand modernisation. Delivering end-to-end IT management, infrastructure upgrades, and cloud migration to SMBs across the region, their hands-on service was built on trust and reliability.
However, their legacy branding had fallen behind. Operating in a crowded MSP market dominated by generic blue-cube logos and clinical corporate speak, they needed a refreshed identity and web platform that balanced high-level technical capability with an approachable, human-first service model.

We executed a comprehensive brand refresh that elevates BigTek above the typical MSP noise without sacrificing their personable, down-to-earth culture. We developed a bold, modern visual identity paired with a vibrant, tech-led palette and structured typography, signalling security, uptime, and efficiency.
