The Business Cyber Centre (BCC), the UK’s first government-backed cyber security hub dedicated to SME growth, came to us to build an approachable digital front door. Operating in a high-stakes, highly technical security sector where jargon and fear-based messaging often create barriers for business owners, they needed a web platform that felt credible and reassuring rather than intimidating.
The goal was to translate complex cyber resilience, training programs, and secure office space offerings into a clear, accessible online destination.
The process
We focused on demystifying cyber security through intuitive information architecture and plain-English messaging hierarchy. We engineered a clean, modern web experience that breaks down technical services, funding opportunities, and facility bookings into digestible, user-focused pathways.
Visually, we adopted a calm, authoritative design language with crisp typography, structured layouts, and generous white space. Establishing immediate professional trust without overwhelming non-technical visitors.
