The brief
Webber Phillips is a diversity analytics specialist helping organisations make better decisions through clear, actionable data and insight. Led by Trevor Phillips, the business brings a rigorous, evidence-led approach to understanding communities across the public, private and not-for-profit sectors.
The challenge was creating a brand and website that felt credible, modern and seriously trustworthy in a high-stakes, data-heavy space. It needed to communicate depth and sophistication without becoming cluttered or overwhelming. Our job was to build a confident, professional identity and digital presence that makes complex analytics feel clear, accessible and easy to engage with.
The process
We built a clean, confident identity for Webber Phillips that feels credible, modern and built to last. The visual language was intentionally minimal without feeling cold, distinctive without needing to shout, and forward-thinking while still grounded in trust, evidence and rigour. It was designed to work across very different sectors and audiences, from public sector procurement to private sector boardrooms, while always feeling clear and consistent.
Alongside that, we designed a website with one clear job: explain the offer quickly and clearly. We shaped the structure around three simple questions, what it is, why it matters and how it is applied, so busy decision makers can get to the value fast. We also helped sharpen the positioning, bringing the brand’s real strengths to the surface, from granular insight-led data to practical outputs that support confident decision-making across sectors.
